In the event that you are unable to proceed from the disclaimer screen when installing the Bravecto Mobile application on either Android or Apple phones, please adjust the font size on your phone.
This is not an issue with the application freezing but rather that the enlarged font size on your device is causing you not to be able to see the acceptance button.
Once you have restored the font size you will be able to complete the intallation of the app. Once the app has been fully installed you can once again increase the font size to your own personal comfort levels.
