To manually update terminals once they are scheduled you will need to force a connection to the maintenance server. Once done a report can be pulled to verify the update.
Force connection to Maintenance:
Test SIM 1:
How to do a ‘Test SIM 1:’
• Press ‘Menu’ key for Move 3500 or 'F' key for any other Ingenico terminal
• Select ‘Maintenance’
• Select ‘Test SIM 1’
• Terminal will display: ‘GOING ONLINE – Attaching Network […]’
- At this point if there is an update scheduled the terminal will download the new software and once done prompt to you press any key to install.
Once installed you can pull a report to verify the update:

• Press ‘Menu’ key for Move 3500 or 'F' key for any other Ingenico terminal
• Select ‘NEDBANK’
• Select ‘Reports Menu’
• Select ‘Parameters’
• Select ‘Terminal Setup’
