The customer needs to hold the card to the NFC reader on the phone. This is located on the back of your phone. Once the card is located, it will register with an audible beep. Please keep the card on the phone until a message “Remove the card” is displayed.
Try tapping the card on the back of the phone and if it does not work, try the front of the phone. The NFC readers on smartphones differ.
